Summer Lovin'

Summer is almost over so I decided to reflect on this summer's best bits.
1. Patterned Loose Trousers.
I have been loving these versatile trousers this summer. Despite being full length, it's surprising how cool they are to wear in the humid weather. As they are so loose they are a great option if you want to cover your legs. Flattering on most figures, these loose trousers are a must have for your wardrobe and can be paired with a loose shirt or a jumper leading up to the autumn months.

2. The Bardot Top.
The perfect top for summer, the bardot top is lightweight and keeps you feeling and looking cool in the summer heat. Pair with a floaty skirt or high waisted shorts for a more elegant look. Dress it up or down, wear it through the day and take it through to the night. Bardot tops are a versatile option and suit most figures.

3.  Circle Sunglasses.
These sunglasses add a bold statement to any outfit. Choose from various different patterns and they will vamp up any outfit. 1960's inspired; they give you an edgy and modern look.

4. Kimono.
Of Japanese origin, the kimono is an ideal alternative to a cardigan for chilly summer days and works as an excellent bikini cover up for the beach. My favourites are the lace and knitted ones as they are the most versatile and make any outfit gain that extra 'wow' factor.

5. Lace Bralette/Crop Top.
My all time favourite fabric is lace and these tops pair well with many different outfits. Wear solo or with a knitted cardigan or kimono, this top is versatile and can even see you through to autumn when layered with a woolly jumper.

The Idea...

Hi, my name is Emma and I'm a student with a passion for fashion (excuse the pun).

The idea for this blog is to create an online journal for the latest trends and my fashion interests in general.

I hope to inspire some of you with my ideas and hopefully help you with some tips on shopping and discovering your own unique style.

Thanks for joining me on this journey, and I'll post again soon.
